The Capacity Building Programme represents the appropriate conceptual framework for addressing the challenges facing Continuing Education in the scientific-technological field. This must be complemented, however, with procedures, facilities and equipment capable of integrating, in an agile way, knowledge, teaching innovation, creative capacity and communication techniques.

To this end, aware of the need to optimise the use of resources, IHCantabria places at the disposal of other entities a Human Team and Teaching Facilities, suitable for the development of Lifelong Learning in line with the current demands of society.
